Instrument for the immunoblot and westernblot processing
Dynablot
Dynablot is a compact table-top device for automatic processing of imunoblots and western blots. Maximum capacity for one run is 44 strips. Reagents are in the course of the assay dispensed using 6 peristaltic pumps. Aspiration of strip contents is performed by means of a membrane pump into a waste tank. Mixing of strip trays contents during incubation is performed via a rocking tray holder.
Communication between the device and an operator is achieved via a membrane keyboard and a big 80-character LCD back-light display. Several language versions are available to display the text. Beside Czech the device provides for 6 other European languages.
Up to 20 assays can be stored into the memory of the device. To create and edit assays a PC software BlotEditor is used. The transfer of assays between PC and device is carried out via USB interface. USB connector is located at front of the device.
Software BlotEditorPlus progressively creates incubations steps with reagents dispensing for programmes of separate methods. For dispensing of conjugates of different classes in one step various templates for strip lay-out are prepared.
External power supply unit is utilised. Connector together with a switch is placed at the back of the device.
Upper part of the device can be easily lifted off to permit comfortable access to the inside of the device. It allows easy handling when changing reagents tubes or any service.

Mixing of the strip trays contents during incubation is performed via a rocking tray holder.
